We started with a generous and informed tasting of 12 of their best wines. Usually a resiling man, the reserve Chardonnay was a surprising winner.

Beautiful place with very nice scenery and wines. The staff is very friendly. The shop decor is very pretty with a marine fish tank and beautiful photos. They carry a nice ginger beer with quite a number of different flavour.

A genuinely welcoming cellar door operation. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and super professional. Note: though they are open until 5pm, they stop tastings at 4.30pm to comply with their liquor licence.

I had a birthday lunch here and walked away extremely satisfied and slightly tipsy.

We then went on to have a large lunch that switched between Japanese and Korean (apparently the chefs are Korean). The bulgogi fries were the stand out (moreish) followed by the soft shell crab sushi. Strangely there was no sashimi on menu, at least none that popped out as a must have.

Innovative, fresh, delightful and modern Japanese food. The wines are pretty good too! The restaurant is quite small, so bookings in advance are recommended.

Very tasty and a wonderful atmosphere - we'll be back! Loved the Verdelo, too. Nicely matched with the food.
