Appaling customer service. My associate invested in a 3 pack of expensive liqueurs. To my associates grievance, when he opened the liquers at his accomodation (half an hour away), he discovered the staff had accidentally gave him 2 of the same liquer instead of his requested 3 different ones. Fair enough, human error, however when we went back and explained we had now taken an extra hour out of our day to get exactly what we paid for, upon asking for compensation for the mix up (quite reasonably), they adamantly said there was nothing they could do in a very unprofessional and arguably rude manner. Very disappointed in this establishment.

So much to taste, so little time. Definitely planning to visit on several future trips to try everything!

This place used to be okay many years ago. They seemed to have become rather 'big headed', and I'm not sure as to why. There is nothing special or spectacular about their products, albeit the price tags are absolutely 'spectacular'. While I did enjoy their Dark Rum and their Gangster Stout, I feel the pricing is unjustifiable. I'm assuming they started charging for tastings because everyone was trying and no one was buying, so either the product isn't great, or the price point isn't there.

Booked a tasting session for a group, was awesome. Entertaining, to the point and everyone enjoyed it. We all walked out with a smile on our faces.

I bought a 3 pack of liquor and when I got back to my hotel (40 minutes away) I open the box and realised I got given the wrong liquor I asked and paid for. I went back the next day and they kindly switched the liquor. It was a 40 minute drive there and back and I asked for a compensation or a discount for the time and fuel I used. They refused do to anything for me. Descent place but make sure when they pack your purchases you double check.

The pizza could do with a crispier cheese, but hey, we were there for the liqueurs & spirits. Favourite beer was the "boring", favourite liqueur definitely the Turkish delight. Be prepared to part with some $ because it's hard to leave without a handful of bottles.
